Kim Kessler
Retreat Leader + Luxury Experience Specialist
Kim Kessler is the founder of KIPR Global, a luxury travel and wellness public relations agency. Kim is also a certified plant-based health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has garnered three yoga teacher training certifications - Vinyasa, Bhakti, and Transformational Yoga. She has been vegan for most of her life and is an avid world traveler. With KIPR Global, she specializes in handling strategic public relations campaigns and wellness partnerships for high-end resorts and travel companies. Since founding KIPR Global in 2017, Kim has worked with unique luxury travel brands worldwide and will bring her wealth of knowledge to the Oasis experience.
Anna Vanzani
Yoga + Breathwork Expert
With an incisive curiosity and after achieving her MBA degree, Anna co-founded two of start-up companies in Mexico and Canada. It wasn’t long after that Anna felt a higher calling and changed her life path completely.
Anna immersed herself in yoga. Her travels led her to India where she became certified in Ashtanga-Vinyasa and discovered the ancient holistic science of Ayurveda. Her quest to further her studies in it took her to Indonesia and Costa Rica where she completed her training in 500 hr Ayur-yoga, pranayama, and meditation.
Anna then studied the science and benefits behind proper breathing with Dr. Belisa Vranich becoming a Breathing class certified instructor supporting hundreds of people correct and improving their breathing patterns.
Anna has been a yoga practitioner for over 10 years, teaching full-time for 5 years, and she is the co-founder of Atma Yoga in Mexico City. Her practice and classes exemplify the subtle balance between body, mind, and spirit. She has organized and led over 10 retreats and the Oasis at Careyes will be her top experience in 2023, surely second to none.
Leslie Durso
Celebrity Chef + TV host + Wellness Expert
After starring on a hit TV show, Leslie took her love of education and shifted from science to plant-based food. After establishing herself as a private chef for the NYC and Hollywood elite, Leslie emerged as a public persona hosting cooking segments on television and online. Determined to inspire beneficial life-long eating habits for everyone, her shows Around The World in 80 Plates, The Substitution Show, and Kid Cuisine Remix can be seen on FoodAllergy.org to this day. She regularly appears on The Food Network, Discovery Channel, Hallmark Channel, and has been featured in The New York Times, Today Show, VegNews, CNN.com, Redbook, Glamour, and more. Leslie is evangelizing the benefits of a mindful lifestyle delivered with her trademark blend of sunshiney sophistication and girl-next-door relatability. Maxim Magazine wrote: “We want to hire Leslie as our own personal chef! We’ll even eat vegetables for her.”
Leslie is the glowing face of a fresher plant-based movement that refuses to compromise style for sustainability. She works as a consulting chef for hotels, resorts, and restaurants around the world and is currently the vegan chef and consultant for the Four Seasons Resorts in Punta Mita - the Four Seasons named Leslie Master Chef in 2019. Leslie will be preparing, cooking, and serving new and very special meals at The Oasis for all guests.
Kymberly Marciano
Sound Therapy + Soundscape
Kymberly offers Soundscape and Energy Healing experiences using intuitive feminine fluidity combined with Intuition Medicine® to balance the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual systems.
Kymberly cultivates a flow with a myriad of tonal harmonics to offer full spectrum meditative containers through powerful sound healing instruments – including double alchemy crystal sound bowls, potent gong medicine, melodic healing resonance of the voice, tuning forks, frame drums, Tibetan bowls, breathwork, and grounding guided meditation. Creating a therapeutic soundscape that guides your mind and body towards a state of deep relaxation and meditative awareness, each frequency and vibration positively influences the nervous system, reduces the stress response, and promotes peace and well-being.
Kymberly holds a Master's Certification in Energy Medicine from The Academy of Intuition Medicine® and is based in Careyes, Mexico, and Southern California — allowing her to develop a deep connection to the sacred land of Mexico and being deeply rooted in connection with Mother Earth and her elemental frequencies.

Careyes is an exclusive luxury private estate resort comprised of Ocean Castles, Private Villas, Casitas and Bungalows. It is located in Costalegre on the Mexican Pacific beaches of the south coast of Jalisco. A shared ocean view suite for your luxury retreat experience. About Careyes AND Getting there
Costa Careyes is located in Costalegre on the Mexican Pacific beaches of the south coast of Jalisco, Mexico. The areas unique combination of natural wonders, hospitableness of it’s people and luxurious accommodations are attributed for its name, “Costalegre” or happy coast.
After a short journey through the Mexican jungle, Costa Careyes appears out of nowhere like a mirage or a vision: Perfectly paved cobblestone streets and immaculately manicured lush tropical gardens wind their way up to kaleidoscope colored private villas and ocean castles built into the cliffs that rise from the sea. In the bay below them, sits an emerald green island, lapped by azure waves, straight out of Neverland. Once you spot it, you know you have truly arrived and your adventure has officially begun.
Costa Careyes, Mexico, is easily accessible. Located on highway 200 which links Manzanillo to Puerto Vallarta, it is just over an hour drive from Manzanillo International Airport and a 2.5 hour drive from Puerto Vallarta.
We recommend landing in Manzanillo (ZLO) or Puerto Vallarta (PVR). Direct flights to Manzanillo Airport operate with Alaska Airlines from Los Angeles (LAX), or Mexico City (MEX) to Manzanillo (ZLO) and Puerto Vallarta (PVR) airports on the dates of the retreat. We can recommend drivers to hire from the airport to Careyes, which range from a standard car, large van, to a Surburban.
