Mastering Your Energy with Cody and David in Costa Rica

Join Cody & David on an extraordinary adventure in the jungles and on the beaches of magical Costa Rica. Spend 6 nights, 7 days at the Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, meditating with two expert meditation teachers and healers, finding deep stillness, healing and rest.

Intuitive healing is a spiritual art that unfolds when you are ready to truly accept yourself & others from an authentic place. As you move energy through your body with meditation & yoga, sound healing & the exploration of nature, your spiritual energy centers open, and your intuitive abilities ignite.

We all have an inner-healer in us. And that capacity to heal, to become whole again, can be used for ourselves and to help others radically shift. As we come together as a group of meditators, we create space for each of us to grow into our highest potential. We invite you to join us for this sacred growth and sharing of healing power.

Space is limited so we can create an intimate group.

David Gandelman is the founder of Grounded Mind, host of the Energy Matters Podcast, and teaches meditation at Cornell University. When David was 16 he began meditating deeply and studying a variety of meditative traditions. You don’t have to be in the Himalayas to find peace of mind, but it doesn’t hurt to learn from someone who has. With over 10 years of teaching experience, David has cultivated a program where he connects energy awareness, ancient wisdom traditions, and humor, to create a safe atmosphere for learning meditation.

Paco first discovered yoga in the late 90's while he was touring as a jazz musician. His classes are a power based yoga with a dedication to mindful meditation and movement. He feels humbled by the experience of helping people find themselves through the practice of yoga. Remaining young at heart, he believes that through yoga everyone has the opportunity to live, learn, love and play, moving closer to a deeper understanding of self. In practice, there is always, patience, compassion and faith.

Sarah's practice began with Bikram Yoga where she discovered a deeper knowledge of self and the practice of calming the mind. She teaches both Vinyasa and Standup Paddle Board yoga, and ties in the deeply rooted traditions of Bikram and Ashtanga. Her yoga journey has completely transformed her life from the inside out, which has led her to sharing it with the community. She believes yoga always comes back to the breath and the stillness you find and feel in the postures, not about the perfect position or yoga body.

Bodhi Tree yoga resort was beautifully designed around nature, leaving the surrounding jungle as it was meant to be.  As a green resort, they are conscious to protect and preserve the environment while also redefining comfort and luxury.

You will wake with the sounds of wildlife and can take an early morning dip in the saltwater infinity pool or enjoy fresh juice or coffee at the community smoothie bar.

Soothing fountains and waterfalls guide you through the local fauna on your way to your Balinese-inspired rooms. Open the door to find a star-lit shower, luxurious cotton sheets and a canopied bed that promises a well-deserved rest. All bungalows have air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi and modern amenities abound. Security staff is available 24 hours a day and housekeeping staff will keep your room looking as beautiful as the first day you arrive.

Three delicious meals are served a day using organic and local ingredients whenever possible. They strive to provide guests with the highest level of nutrition- serving fresh soups, salads, organic chicken and fish, and vegan and vegetarian options.. and of course delicate health conscious inspired desserts.

Get ready to fully embrace the 'Pura Vida' lifestyle as you enter this magical jungle town known for world-renowned yoga, surf, and community. Nosara has attracted health-conscious expats from all over the world for its beautiful culture and lifestyle.  Walk, bike or ATV down the unpaved roads and stop at local organic cafes or take a dip in some of the cleanest ocean waters in Costa Rica.  At the right times of the year you can catch the bioluminescence lighting up the ocean, a moment you will never forget. Nosara has easily became one of our favorite retreat destinations and we are excited to share it with you.

You can fly into Liberia Airport (LIR) and take a shuttle to Bodhi Tree (about 2 hours), or you can fly into San Jose Airport (SJO) and take a small jumper plane into Nosara through Nature Air.  If booking this option, you should plan ahead of time since the small planes may fill up quickly.
