The Art of Living Retreat
What is this retreat about?
This retreat is about pressing pause on the constant buzz of everyday life and giving yourself the gift of presence. It’s a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that often get buried under overpacked schedules and unending to-do lists. Through yoga, mindful movement, nourishing meals, and meaningful connection, we’ll create a sanctuary where balance can return, clarity can emerge, and your energy can be renewed.
Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for anyone craving a reset—women and men who feel stretched thin, running on autopilot, or longing for deeper connection to themselves and others. It’s for the seekers, the doers, the caregivers, and the high-achievers who rarely take time for themselves. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary—just an openness to slow down, breathe, and receive.

What can students expect
in your classes and workshops?
Students can expect a balance of movement, stillness, and reflection. My classes weave together the physical practice of yoga with breath, philosophy, and mindfulness—always with an emphasis on accessibility, self-awareness, and listening inward. Workshops feel like a blend of learning and self-discovery, with plenty of space for curiosity and conversation.
What do your
students want most?
They want clarity, calm, and energy. They want to feel more at home in their own bodies, less reactive, and more connected to their purpose. Most of all, they want to leave behind the stress of “doing it all” and remember what it feels like to just be.
What are their
pain points?
Feeling burned out, anxious, and or disconnected
Struggling to find consistency in rituals and wellness practices
Lack of boundaries and proper self-care; carrying guilt about prioritizing themselves
Longing for community and deeper, more authentic connection
Wanting more freedom, play, and joy in their lifes

What will they
leave this retreat with?
A reset body and nervous system—rested, replenished, and re-energized
A toolkit of practices to bring home: yoga, breathwork, journaling, self-care rituals (sadhana), nutrition tips
Clarity on what matters most and how to create space for it
New friendships and a sense of belonging
A reminder that slowing down isn’t indulgent—it’s essential
A youthful sense of wonder and joy for the gift of life and being human
