Molly Hentz
Molly Hentz is a yoga teacher, nutritionist, and wellness guide passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and nourishment.
With a master’s degree in Nutrition and Food Studies from NYU and years of experience leading yoga classes, retreats, and trainings, Molly brings a grounded yet playful approach to her teaching.
Her classes emphasize self-awareness, curiosity, and compassion—creating space for both challenge and rest. She believes that growth happens when we step outside of our comfort zone and into a place of brave curiosity.
More than anything, Molly dedicates her time and energy to helping others create sustainable habits that support vibrant, joyful, wholehearted living.

Nestled high above the lush jungle, this private sanctuary features a queen-sized bed with breathtaking views, luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, air conditioning, a wet bar, and a safe large enough for a laptop. Enjoy the sunset from your balcony or take a dip in the Bodhi Village pool below. Refresh yourself under the open-air rainfall shower, complete with Raw Botanicals toiletries, and allow the tranquility of the treetops to rejuvenate your spirit.
JUNGLE QUEEN - PRIVATE ROOM
Experience your own peaceful room, which features a queen bed, air conditioning, and a spa-like bathroom. Step outside to your private patio and enjoy the soothing sounds of cascading waterfalls. CASITA - PRIVATE ROOM IN A TWO-BEDROOM CASITA
Enjoy your own private bedroom with a queen bed inside a spacious two-bedroom Casita. Each Casita features one shared bathroom, a cozy living area, a kitchenette, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a beautiful outdoor patio surrounded by lush gardens and the soothing sound of waterfalls.
JUNGLE ROOM - SHARED ROOM FOR TWO
This unit offers two queen beds with high ceilings and features a wet bar filled with local treats, Egyptian cotton sheets, air conditioning, and a safe suitable for a laptop. Relax on your outdoor patio while listening to the soothing sounds of distant waterfalls. You can study or work comfortably at the large desk, which provides access to free wireless internet. Refresh yourself in the open-air rainfall shower, complete with luxurious Raw Botanicals toiletries.

Welcome to your home for the week! Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is a world-class and renowned luxury yoga and fitness resort in Nosara.
The resort is beautifully designed to be nestled in nature, with the surrounding jungle being left as it was, natural, as is meant to be. As sustainable and green, the resort consciously protects and preserves the natural environment while offering comfort and luxury.
You will wake up with the sounds of wildlife and monkeys. You can take an early morning dip in the saltwater infinity pool or enjoy fresh juice or coffee at the community smoothie bar. We will practice in one of 5 different shalas with gorge ous views of the ocean or jungle.
The beach is just a quick bike ride or walk down the towns local roads where you will see perhaps the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen.
We’ve hosted retreats at Bodhi Tree for more than 7 years — it is one of our favorite properties to come together in community!

RECOMMENDED FLIGHT ARRANGEMENT
We recommend flying into Liberia Airport (LIR) and taking our shuttle to Bodhi Tree (about 2 hours). The alternative option is to fly into San Jose Airport (SJO) and take a small jumper plane to Nosara Airport. If booking this option, you should plan ahead since smaller planes fill up quickly. Airport transfer is included on arrival and departure days from the Liberia/Nosara Airport.
We recommend landing in Liberia by 1 PM on May 23rd, and departing after 2 PM on May 28th, 2026. This will ensure you do not miss any classes or workshops. Check-in at Bodhi Tree begins at 2 PM on arrival day, and check-out is at 11 AM on departure day. We are happy to help you research the best flight options and plan extended travel as well. Many of our guests like to spend extra time exploring around CR - we highly recommend it if you have extra time!
