Nosara, located on Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula, is known for its beaches, jungle, surf culture, and strong wellness community. It’s also one of the world’s 5 original blue zones — where people live longer, healthier lives.

For the week, we’ll stay at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, a world-renowned eco-luxury retreat surrounded by lush gardens. With open-air movement spaces, saltwater pools, a spa, and beach access, it’s designed for both movement and deep rest.

Libbey York

With over 15 years in the fitness industry, Libbey specializes in Pilates, barre, and yoga with an emphasis on precision and intelligent sequencing. As an NCPT-certified instructor and Master Trainer, she is known for refined cueing, alignment expertise, and building confidence in every student she teaches.

Her classes are strong, supportive, and deeply intentional.

Shannon Somogyi

A certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Trauma-Conscious practitioner, Shannon brings over three decades of yoga study to her work. Her approach blends mindfulness, therapeutic movement, and holistic wellness practices designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.

Her teaching is grounded, compassionate, and profoundly restorative.

    Luxe private room including one king bed, Egyptian cotton sheets, modern bathroom with rainfall shower, air conditioning, desk, and a private outdoor patio, Unwind by lounging on your outdoor patio as you hear the sounds of wildlife in the distance

  • Treetops Queen - Private Room

    Nestled high above the lush jungle, this private sanctuary features a queen-sized bed with breathtaking views, luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, air conditioning, a wet bar, and a safe large enough for a laptop.

  • Casita - Private room in a two bedroom casita

    Your own private bedroom with a queen bed, inside a two-bedroom Casita. Each Casita features one shared bathroom, a cozy living area, a kitchenette, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a beautiful outdoor patio and hammock.

  • Jungle room - shared room for two

    This unit offers two queen beds with high ceilings and features a wet bar filled with local treats, Egyptian cotton sheets, air conditioning, and a safe suitable for a laptop. Relax on your outdoor patio while listening to the soothing sounds of distant waterfalls.

Her journey began years ago on a retreat that changed everything, inspiring her to leave her corporate
job, move to Los Angeles, and pursue her purpose in health, travel, and conscious, aligned living. That spark became Revamp Retreats.

Certified life coach, and breathwork trainer — with a deep love for travel, culture, and conscious living.

Irish-born and shaped by years in London, Sydney, and Chicago, her wellness path began on a Revamp retreat in Costa Rica — a moment that utimately led her out of a 17-year corporate career.

  • The retreat is open to all levels, and be ready for a strong and powerful class!

  • Absolutely — many guests do and leave with lifelong friends. If you want to sign up solo for a shared solo, we will work on finding you a roomate.

  • Not at all. This retreat is about listening to your body - everything is optional and we will have a full amazing schedule with free time scheduled in.

  • 3 meals a day are nourishing, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. Dietary needs can be accommodated.

  • We are happy to help you with a payment plan if you are in need. When you check out you can choose the $500 deposit (which will put you on a total 3 month payment plan). If you need longer let us know!

    If you paid the $500 deposit, your remaining balance will be automatically split into two equal monthly payments.

    •⁠ ⁠First payment: 1 month after your deposit

    •⁠ ⁠Second payment: 2 months after your deposit

  • The retreat is non-refundable, but if you let us know 90 days before the retreat starts, we will transfer your entire amount to a future retreat!

  • We can absolutely help you find the best flight options. We will look at price, travel duration and arrival/departure times. Airport transportation is also arranged for our groups. Once you reserve your spot, you can be sure that we will help you arrange all of the details.

  • Each morning and evening we will have movement classes led by Vicky and Paula — with free time, excursions, and beach trips planned in as well.

  • If you want to extend your trip, we are more than happy to assist you in planning extra days! We highly reccommend if it you have the time.

    • Clothing: light-weight clothing, beach wear, casual dresses, Pilates / yoga clothes, swimsuit, pajamas

    • Accessories: sunglasses, hat, day bag

    • Footware: flip-flops, hiking sandals/sneakers

    • Self-care: sunscreen, natural insect repellent, essential oils, fav natural products, meds

    • Miscellaneous: notebook/journal, sarong

    We will send you a full packing list pre-retreat!

  • When in doubt, leave it out. Too much baggage is a burden and most things can be purchased near the retreat center or in town. Mats and props are provided unless mentioned otherwise. 

  • Congrats!! We will be in touch with ALL the details to make sure you have a smooth and amazing retreat experience! We will send info on airport pick up, packing, and any additional details on how to properly prepare for the retreat. We got you covered!
