Athletic Reformer Flow

A dynamic, full-body reformer session built around strength, coordination, and efficiency — challenging enough to make you sweat, precise enough to refine how you move.

Athletic Core & Integration

A reformer class centered on whole-body integration, balance, and functional core support for the way you actually move in life.

Restore & Reset

A slower, recovery-focused session using gentle movement, mobility, and breath to down-regulate the nervous system. This class opens and closes the retreat experience.

Evening Sessions

Evening Wind Down: Classical Mat & Gentle Stretching

A calming end-of-day mat session rooted in classical Pilates principles, designed to decompress your body after athletic reformer work. Familiar exercises blended with gentle stretching and mindful pacing to release tension, quiet the nervous system, and set you up for deep sleep.

Workshops

Fascia & Recovery Talk

An optional, informal session for anyone curious about how fascia, fascial patterns, and recovery impact performance and longevity. Accessible, not required.

Assisted Stretch & Mobility Workshop

Learn simple assisted stretching techniques you can practice with a partner — targeting hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and neck. Discover how assisted stretching can complement your Pilates training by improving joint mobility, alignment awareness, and movement efficiency.

Pilates Breathing & Core Connection

A short optional session introducing the breathing techniques used in Pilates to support core engagement, posture, and efficient movement. Explore how lateral breathing creates stability through the ribcage and spine while releasing unnecessary tension from the neck and shoulders.

Jamie Casella is a comprehensively trained Pilates teacher specializing in athletic reformer training that prioritizes strength, efficiency, and long-term body support. With a background working with active clients — including runners, fitness enthusiasts, and Pilates practitioners — Jamie blends athletic challenge with restorative intention.

Her teaching emphasizes moving well, reducing unnecessary tension, and supporting your body so it can perform consistently without burnout. A 500-hour trained, Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) and Master Trainer for the Peach House Pilates Teacher Training Program, Jamie brings deep expertise in biomechanics, fascia-focused movement science, and a genuine love for helping people move better.

Travel Logistics

FLY INTO

Cancún International Airport (CUN) — most direct and convenient option.

Tulum has a smaller local airport (TQO) with limited international service.

TRANSFERS

Group airport transfers are included on arrival and departure days for simplicity and peace of mind.

LOCAL TRAVEL

 Bicycles are provided to explore studios, beach spots, cafes, and more in Tulum.

TRAVEL TIPS

Pack light, bring sunscreen, activewear, swimwear, and a journal. We’ll send a full packing list before your retreat.

  • All levels are welcome — from beginners to advanced. We design sessions for growth and support, not exclusivity.

  • Yes! A deposit secures your spot and we have flexible payment plan options.

  • Retreat payments are non‑refundable, but if you cancel at least 90 days before start, your payment can transfer to a future retreat.

  • Yes. The retreat center is in a serene, welcoming community. We also provide guidance for travel and local safety.

  • Breakfast and Dinner is incuded each day. Lunch is your time to explore!

  • Absolutely! If you want to arrive early or stay after, we’re happy to help with logistics.

Kori Zornes is the founder of Revamp Retreats — a wellness guide and visionary dedicated to creating transformative, soul-shifting experiences around the world.

Her journey began years ago on a retreat that changed everything, inspiring her to leave her corporate job, move to Los Angeles, and pursue her purpose in health, travel, and conscious, aligned living. That spark became Revamp Retreats.
