You already show up.
Now show up for yourself.
You train consistently — and you're exhausted
Discipline is not the problem. You know how to show up. But your nervous system is running on empty and the results aren't sticking the way they should.
You're reformer-literate and ready for more
This is not a beginner retreat. You know your way around the reformer and you're looking for a teacher who will challenge you, then restore you.
You've earned a break that doesn't feel lazy
Rest isn't your problem with rest — rest that feels purposeless is. You want a week that is both genuinely restorative and precisely demanding.
You're ready to switch in, not switch off
You're not escaping your life. You're going deeper into your body, your practice, and your capacity — in a setting that finally matches your standards.
Results come from knowing:
- When to push
- When to refine
- When to recover
-
You have a practice — or you've always wanted to go deeper — and you want to train with someone who truly knows the craft.
-
You've been pouring into everyone else. This is your space — no obligations, no roles, just you and what you need.
-
The venue, the food, the company, the instructor — quality is non-negotiable for you. You don't do generic.
-
Move hard, eat beautifully, drink good wine, and come home feeling like yourself again. That balance is the whole point.
-
Somewhere with history, texture, and warmth — not a sterile resort. Spain does something to people. Come find out what.
-
Not just physically. In the way you hold yourself, see yourself, and know yourself. That's the real work.
Five days.
Every session has a purpose.
Arrive in the Body
A grounding mat flow designed to land you after travel. Breathwork, gentle mobilisation, and a first taste of the pace we're setting for the week.
Foundation & Alignment
Reformer session focused on depth of connection — recalibrating how your body organises itself before we build intensity on top of it.
Strength & Intensity
This is where we work. Athletic, precise, and demanding — the peak session of the residency. Expect to be challenged and to love it.
Slow & Restore
Yoga and a cacao ceremony. A deliberate pause between intensity and integration. This day is the reason the other days work.
Integration & Openness
A closing reformer session that brings everything together — spacious, open, and grounded. You leave feeling ready for everything.

Your Home
in Spain
Tucked into the rolling hills of Spain's Penedès wine region, just 45 minutes from Barcelona — a lovingly restored 18th-century masía that feels like a world unto itself.
Surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, and mountain views, the estate is solar-powered and built with natural materials — a sanctuary where your whole system finally exhales. Saltwater pool. Kitchen garden. Open-air terraces. Stone walls warmed by the October sun.
Barcelona's vibrant culture is always within reach — but once you arrive, you won't want to leave.
Private and shared rooms available. Choose your room and secure your spot — only 20 guests accepted to keep the experience personal.
Roz Evans is a Pilates and movement specialist known for creating strong, sculpted bodies through intelligent, low-impact training. With over 20 years of experience, a background as a professional dancer, and an Advanced Diploma in Pilates and Yoga (RYT 500), Roz blends precision with flow, delivering sessions that feel as good as they look.
Her work spans from elite sport: just under a decade coaching the Rugby League team: Penrith Panthers (4 x premiership winners), as well as NSW State of Origin Blues Blues, NRL Canterbury Bulldogs, Parramatta Eels, and professional athletes in AFL, athletics & gymnastics, to working with women who want to feel strong, toned, and deeply connected to their bodies.
But what truly sets Roz apart is how she teaches.
Her approach is intentional, refined, and results-driven, helping you build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence, without burnout or overwhelm.
This retreat is more than just Pilates.
It’s an opportunity to step away from the noise, reconnect with your body, and experience a style of movement that is both powerful and sustainable.
Expect to feel challenged, supported, and completely re-energised.
