A privately restored estate, held by the coast.
Tucked inside a protected coastal nature reserve, forty minutes south of Lisbon. Four generations of stewardship. Stone architecture warmed by the sun. Cork oak forests on one side, the Atlantic on the other.
A private pool. An organic garden. An on-site reformer studio. Long terraces built for breakfasts that bleed into lunch. The kind of quiet you feel the moment you arrive — and the kind that stays with you long after you leave.
Late April into May is Portugal at its most beautiful. The summer crowds haven't arrived. The air is warm but not heavy. The Atlantic coastline — dramatic cliffs, turquoise coves, and villages that move at their own pace — is right on your doorstep. On-site massage, a local wine tasting, and a beach and town excursion are woven into the week. Everything else is already taken care of.

Thirty years of real bodies.
Roz has been teaching at Sohl Studio in Sydney's Hills District for years. These are the people she teaches week to week — the practice this training is built on.
"I came to Roz struggling with weight management and shoulder pain. In the first session I was blown away — she focused on understanding what my body needed and what I wanted from it. Two and a half years later I've lost sixteen kilos. My body craves the training, and my heart craves the community she's built."Bonnie

Andrea’s teaching style is athletic, dynamic, and alignment-focused, and we’ll be moving at a strong, steady pace. You don’t need to be advanced, but we recommend having some reformer experience so you feel confident and comfortable in class. If you’re a beginner, you’re absolutely welcome — just know the classes won’t be an introductory level. Expect to be challenged, supported, and encouraged every step of the way.
