Hi, I’m Molly. I’m a yoga teacher, nutritionist, and wellness guide, and what lights me up is helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and nourishment.
My own path has taken me from studying Nutrition and Food Studies at NYU to leading yoga classes, retreats, and training, and along the way I’ve learned that practice doesn’t have to be rigid — it can be both grounding and playful.
In my classes, I invite you to lean into self-awareness, curiosity, and compassion, creating space for both challenge and deep rest. I believe real growth comes when we step outside our comfort zones with a spirit of brave curiosity. More than anything, my hope is to support you in creating sustainable habits that bring more vibrancy, joy, and wholeness into your everyday life.

Morning Flow: Root to Rise – An energizing, grounding yoga practice to awaken your body, cleanse your mind and set a vibrant tone for the day ahead.
Evening Unwind: Restorative Yoga & Breathwork – Gentle, supported postures paired with calming breathwork to reset your nervous system.
The Power of Pause (Workshop) – Tools and practices for creating space in everyday life; journaling prompts and discussion to explore what it means to live more mindfully.
Nourishment as Ritual (Workshop) – A deep dive into mindful eating and how food can be both fuel and medicine. Includes practical nutrition guidance and a tasting experience. Optional 1:1 sessions with me to a more personal and practical approach to individual health and healing.
Silent Nature Hike – A guided walk to drop into the senses, connect with the land, and experience stillness together.
Intention Circle – A closing gathering to integrate insights, share reflections, and set intentions for re-entry into daily life.

Arriving in Nosara
Nosara is a peaceful town on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast, known for its jungle, yoga culture, and laid-back rhythm. The closest airport is Liberia International (LIR), about 2.5–3 hours by car. From there, you can take a private transfer, shuttle, or short domestic flight into Nosara’s airstrip—we’ll help guide you.
Getting to Bodhi Tree Resort
Bodhi Tree is tucked in the heart of Nosara, surrounded by jungle and minutes from the ocean. Shuttles and taxis are available from the local airstrip or bus stop. We can help coordinate your transfer directly to the resort.
Visa Information
Most travelers don’t need an advance visa. Visitors from the U.S., Canada, and many European countries receive a 90-day tourist visa on arrival. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months, and proof of onward travel may be required.

Not at all. This retreat is designed for all levels — whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years. All you need is openness to slow down, breathe, and connect.

Your retreat includes daily yoga and mindfulness sessions, nourishing meals, accommodations at Bodhi Tree, and community gatherings. Flights and personal expenses are not included

Yes, this retreat is open to all adults who feel called to join. Everyone is welcome, regardless of gender or background.

Bodhi Tree offers fresh, nourishing meals with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available. If you have specific needs, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
