PORTUGAL

Portugal · September 10–14, 2027

Five days on the Atlantic.

Reformer at first light. Lunch that runs long on a stone terrace. The ocean at the end of the afternoon.

September is Portugal's finest month. The crowds have gone home, the Atlantic still holds its summer warmth, and the vineyards are in harvest.

Reformer and mat every morning, a private chef at every meal, and a small group of women who came for the same reason.

Culture & Life

Group dinner out. Cultural excursion to the local town. Free afternoons for spa, massage, or the pool — total permission to rest.

The Estate

Saltwater pool, daily sauna, organic garden, and stone architecture. Every detail is grounded, beautiful, and alive.

A privately restored estate, held by the coast.

Tucked inside a protected coastal nature reserve, forty minutes south of Lisbon. Four generations of stewardship. Stone architecture warmed by the sun. Cork oak forests on one side, the Atlantic on the other.

A private pool. An organic garden. An on-site reformer studio. Long terraces built for breakfasts that bleed into lunch. The kind of quiet you feel the moment you arrive — and the kind that stays with you long after you leave. On-site massage, a local wine tasting, and a beach and town excursion are woven into the week. Everything else is already taken care of.

Food & Wine

Private chef. Local seasonal meals. A cooking class. An afternoon wine tasting at a local bodega. This is how Spain eats.

FAQs

What Pilates level is this retreat built for?

This retreat is built for women who already know the reformer. Every class has options, so you can work at the intensity that suits you that day.

New to the reformer? Email hello@revampretreats.com and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s the right fit.

Can I share a room with a friend?

Yes. Book a shared room together and you’ll stay together. Booking on your own and happy to share? We’ll pair you with care.

I’m coming on my own. Is that common?

Very. The group is small by design, and by the first dinner you’re part of it.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. At checkout, choose the $500 deposit to go on a 3-month payment plan. Your remaining balance is split into two equal monthly payments:

  • First payment: 1 month after your deposit
  • Second payment: 2 months after your deposit

We’ll charge the card you used at checkout. Need a longer plan or a card update? Email hello@revampretreats.com.

What’s the cancellation policy?

The retreat is non-refundable. If you let us know at least 90 days before the retreat starts, we’ll transfer your full payment to a future retreat. After the 90-day deadline, we’ll transfer your payments to another retreat if we can fill your spot.

Can you help with flights and airport transfers?

Yes. Fly into Lisbon (LIS); the estate is about forty minutes south of the city. Overnight flights from the East Coast land in the morning, with time to settle in. We’ll help you find the best options on price, travel time and arrival windows.

Airport transfers aren’t included in the retreat price, but we’ll help you arrange them once you’ve booked.

What does a day look like?

Each morning starts with a class from the Exhale Movement Collection: Here to Reset, Here to Flow or Here to Push. Then a long lunch on the terrace and dinner together in the evening.

Afternoons are yours, with the pool, the sauna and your 60-minute massage close by. The wine tasting, the private Arrábida boat tour and an afternoon in Sesimbra are woven into the week.

Everything beyond class is optional. Take what you came for.

What if I arrive early or stay after?

We’d love to help you plan it. Let us know your dates ahead of time and we’ll help you build the rest of your trip, in Lisbon or along the coast.

What’s the food like, and can you cater to dietary needs?

Our private chef cooks from the estate garden and local farms, and is experienced with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other requirements. Note yours at booking and it’s handled.

What should I pack?
  • Clothing: lightweight layers, activewear, Pilates grip socks, swimsuit, sleepwear
  • Accessories: sunglasses, hat, day bag
  • Footwear: sandals, walking shoes or sneakers
  • Self-care: sunscreen, insect repellent, prescription medication
  • Other: notebook, international adapter

Reformers, mats and props are provided. When in doubt, leave it out. We’ll send a full packing list before the retreat.

I’ve booked. What happens next?

Welcome in. We’ll be in touch with everything you need: arrival details, packing, and how to prepare. From the moment you book, you’re taken care of.

Something we didn’t cover? Email hello@revampretreats.com.
