    "Sol" meaning sun in Spanish — warmth, light, Spain — paired with strength, which is your whole ethos. It's balanced, it's visual, and it immediately conjures an image of morning reformer sessions in golden light

    "Reforma" is of course a nod to the reformer, but in Spanish it also means transformation, renewal, change. So it's doing double duty in the most elegant way.

Honestly? Life. The beautiful, messy, full, sometimes exhausting reality of it. I have spent over a decade building a community around movement that feels intelligent, inclusive, and genuinely empowering — and what I keep seeing, over and over, is that the magic isn't just in the workout. It's in the room. It's in the people moving alongside each other, breathing together, laughing, working hard, feeling something shift. I wanted to take that feeling and put it somewhere extraordinary.

Spain felt like a dream the moment I imagined it — the warmth, the food, the wine, the culture, the way life there just invites you to slow down and be present. I wanted to create a space where people who love Pilates and love movement could come together from all over the world, connected by that shared passion, and just... breathe. Work hard. Eat well. Drink good wine. Remember what matters. The deeper intention is really about human connection. Movement is the vehicle, but community is the destination.
