Over the course of 6 beautifully transformative days in the stunning mountain sites of Andalusia, Spain, you will go deep into practices, rituals, and ceremonies with Rachel Pringle to connect, trust, and dance with your inner beloved, the goddess of all forms and layers.

A DAY ON RETREAT AND IN COMMUNITY
The retreat schedule will be perfectly curated to support you and the group. From classes and workshops, to free time to explore the beautiful lands of Andalusia, or sip smoothies by the pool - there will be a balance of deep transformative work, and time to fill yourself up.
Each day we will have a morning, and afternoon or evening workshop with Rachel. These experiences will be active, embodied and connected. Between classes and workshops, we will have healthy meals at Nature Reserve, time to relax by the pool, and take nature hikes or trips to a traditional spanish town.
The full schedule will be sent to all guests prior to the retreat. Many sessions will be movement based so expect to be getting sweaty and lost in the magnificence of your being.

Rachel Pringle is an actor, author of Wild Open, a Sensuality and Dynamic Tantra Teacher and Mystic.
Rachel has over 15 years of experience in human development, healing modalities and somatic embodiment practices. She specializes in Sensual Embodiment, Conscious Communication, Self Intimacy, Mysticism in the Tantric Realm and Tantric Love in Partnership. Her teachings cover presence, integrating our subconscious, energy dynamics, pleasure frequency, self love, healing through the subtle body and awakening to our innate power and self genius.
Her mission in life is to guide people to their deepest purpose through realigning them with their physical and energetic form and affording them the limitless energy and confidence to live a life of purpose and deep fulfillment.

Each shared room is a charming spanish-style room with 2 Twin Beds, air conditioning, a heater, and a private or shared bathroom. Each room is located in one of the five villas with views of the mountains, a swimming pool, a garden and a full kitchen. 1 Twin Bed is reserved with your booking and we will pair you with a roommate, or you can book the room with a friend.

Nature Reserve — Charming LUXURY SANCTUARY in Andalusia, Spain
Nature Reserve Retreat Center is a collection of charming Spanish villas nestled in Andalusia’s spectacular national park, Sierra de Grazalema that hosts some of Spain's prettiest mountain scenery. Surrounded by lush mountains in the middle of the Nature Reserve, and whitewashed villages, the Andalusian sunlight illuminates the surrounding panoramic views. The property has access to magnificent hiking trails that will take you to the nearby natural reserve, the best place to hike in Andalusia, according to BBC Travel!
A variety of homes and apartments are available being completed with a beautiful yoga studio, modern kitchens, 5 beautiful pools, access to gardens, a private tennis court, and firewood chimneys. Cool off between workshops, after a hike in the mountains at one of Nature Reserve’s outdoor pools with stunning views of the sierra.
Our retreat chefs will prepare three delicious meals each day - all meals are designed to be tasty, well-balanced, and nourishing. Breakfast will be served as buffet, and lunch and dinner are served family style with a starter and a main course. Dessert is served at dinner. There will be a 24 hour snack table with drinking water, fruit, instant coffee, tea and nuts.
ABOUT EL GASTOR + GETTING THERE
The Nature Reserve Retreat Center is tucked away in the mountains easily accessible from Málaga and Sevilla Airports.
We recommend flying into Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP) and taking our shuttle to Nature Reserve Retreat Center (about 2 hours). The alternative option is to fly into Seville Airport (SVQ), which is about a 1.5 hours drive from the Retreat Center.
We suggest landing before 12pm on June 13th or a day prior if you want to have extra time to settle in, and departing after 3pm or later on June 18th. This will ensure you do not miss any classes or workshops. Airport transfer is included on arrival and departure days from the Malaga Airport.
Check-in at Nature Reserve begins after 4pm on arrival day, and check-out is at 11am on departure day. We are happy to help you research the best flight options and plan extended travel as well. Many of our guests like to spend extra time exploring around Andalusia or extending their trip in Spain - we highly recommend it if you have extra time!
El Gastor, also known as the Balcony of the Andalusian White Villages, is a charming pueblo, just 3 kilometers walking from Nature Reserve retreat center. Duck through the winding streets of Setenil de las Bodegas, the whitewashed village built as caves under the rocks and taste local wine, jamón, and goat cheese. Visit Ronda, which sits atop the spectacular El Tajo gorge. Ronda is the largest of Andalusia’s whitewashed villages whose fame was spread further by American literary figures Ernest Hemingway and Orson Welles who spent much time there. Stroll through and view this town's uniquely beautiful architecture, see a flamenco show or soak in a Hammam, an authentic Arab spa.
